What is Little Nancy Creek Park?
The Little Nancy Creek Park Playground project is a volunteer effort imagined by children of the North Atlanta communities. It will be enjoyed by our neighborhoods for years to come. We are a volunteer group operating under a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with the help of Park Pride.
Where are we building?
Little Nancy Creek Park is located on Peachtree Dunwoody Road Across from Winall Down in North Buckhead.
When will this happen?
With successful fundraising efforts, the goal is to have the playground built sometime in late 2011.
How will we build this?
We are working with premier playground companies to implement a safe, long-lasting and unique playground that reflects the input of our children.
What needs to be done?
Our goal is to raise $185,000 by Summer 2011, so that we can break ground and start building the LNCP playground in the Fall of 2011.
